REFUNDS
To return your purchase, please call to notify us within five days of receiving your parcel. When you have received our confirmation to proceed with the return, return the item in the same packaging with a copy of your invoice as your proof of purchase.
We will issue the refund upon receipt of the item as long as it has been received in good order. We highly recommend you request a tracking number and signature required, and that you return the item in the same professional packaging we used to send the parcel to you.
We are not responsible for shipping costs.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

EXEMPT FROM REFUND:
Special order items that have been created by one of our artists especially for you.
Gift cards.

SHIPPING
Shipping charges are automatically generated by your destination address during Checkout.
We receive an advantageous shipping rate that we are happy to pass on to you!
Please ensure your address information is complete and correct.
Include your email address to receive the tracking number by which you will be able to view the progress of your parcel.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
The Canada Post estimate is up to two weeks, but typically a parcel is received within a week.

SHIPPING BEYOND CANADA:
Shipping estimates are up to six weeks, but typically a parcel is received within one to three weeks, depending on the destination distance.
International clients will not be charged Canadian sales taxes, but will assume any customs or duties that may arise from shipping outside of Canada.
Please note that while not common, items can be delayed by customs.

IN THE CASE OF DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING:
Should you receive an item that has been damaged in the post, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. Then call or email us right away so we can immediately resolve the problem.

TAXES, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For residents of Canada, the applicable sales tax will be charged depending on province or territory of residence: Prince Edward Island 15.5%; Nova Scotia 15%; Quebec 14.975%; New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario 13%; British Columbia, Manitoba 12%; Saskatchewan 10%; Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon 5%.

International clients will not be charged Canadian sales taxes, but will assume all customs, duties and tariffs that may arise from shipping outside of Canada.
