Melody Juthamongkol

Melody Juthamongkol is a Thai-Taiwanese art jeweller based in Toronto Canada.
As the field of handmade jewellery is non-existent in her hometown of Phuket, Thailand, she considers her enrollment at Ontario College of Arts and Design University’s Jewellery and Metalsmithing Program a serendipitous event where she discovered her passion.

After graduating from OCAD U in the Spring of 2021, Melody became an Artist in Residence at Harbourfront Center’s Craft and Design Studio. Her current practice focuses on crafting one-of-a-kind depletion-gilded sterling art jewellery pieces with narratives.
