All of the colour in this work was hand-printed by the artist on an etching press. The collagraph printmaking technique uses a textured collage as a plate or matrix. Drypoint is a printmaking technique where a sharp object (such as an etching needle) is used to create scratches and gouges by hand on plastic or metal. A limited number of impressions can be made.
