mattress cloth 01. This cloth was woven using cotton and the threads of three different pieces of fabric collected from mattresses put out on garbage day in downtown Ottawa.
Two of the fabrics used in this cloth had been used to patch holes and tears in mattresses, the third was from a box spring.
